  1. Shipment Responsibility & Limitations of Liability

While we strive to ensure timely and safe handling of all shipments, FVK Trucking is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, customs, or other conditions beyond our control.
  • Loss or damage caused by improper packaging or inaccurate shipment details provided by the client.
  • Consequential or indirect losses (e.g., lost profits, business interruption).

Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the service in question or as otherwise defined in a separate written agreement.
